The first eccentric “a” of 3-eccentric structure is formed by the axle deviating from the central line of sealing surface. The second eccentric “b” is formed by the axle deviating from the central line of pipeline. The goal of these two eccentrics is to reduce the friction between seat and sealing surface. The third eccentric “c” is an eccentric angle β, which uses the cam effect to realize the no-friction contact between seat and sealing ring of disc during the 90° travel of valve, thus to avoid the probability of wear and leakage.; when closing the valve, the sealing pair will close gradually to cause “wedge effect” and to realize the tightest shut-off with the smallest torque.
1.One-body high rigidity hard surface seat can meet the application under many working conditions, providing long life and high quality.
2. Casted body and metal hard sealing is applicable to high temperature fluid (450°C--800°C).
3. Total metal structure plus zero leakage characterizes the “essential fire safety” property of valve.
4. Hard bearing, long structure and strengthened soft graphite bearing protective ring make the valve dustproof, tar-proof and block-proof, thus to increase the credibility of valve.
5. Mainly applicable to the control and shut-off of high and low temperature coal gas and air in metallurgy industry (such as heating furnace, coal gas station, blast furnace, convertor furnace and sinter) and light industry (such as glass heating furnace, anneal furnace)..
